At Motorway, I head up our Product Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI teams. My remit ultimately is to help Motorway maximise the value of its data. With use cases spanning from bespoke pricing, automotive computer vision, recommendation & personalisation, supporting our customer support agents and more, Motorway is leveraging the best of AI to build a better used car market for the future.Day to day, I sit at the interface of Product, Engineering and Machine Learning; acting somewhere between an engineering manager, technical product manager, data scientist, strategy consultant, and cheerleader (maybe the most important part).I also head up our Generative AI Governance & Advisory Group, committed to responsibly utilising LLMs to transform the future of the product and the business, and I\'m happy to say we\'ve been recognised globally for our GenAI initiatives and my team had 3 in-production, value driving use cases by the end of 2023.
