Overall duties in my role- Spearheading efforts to attract and manage new client accounts within the energy sector, driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships- Delivering tailored recruitment solutions to address the unique needs of offshore energy clients, ensuring alignment with project demands and industry standards- Negotiating contracts and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers to expand market presence and enhance service delivery- Monitoring client satisfaction and implementing solutions to maintain the highest levels of service excellence and compliance with industry regulations- Collaborating with internal teams to refine recruitment processes and ensuring candidates met technical requirements of client organisations- Consistently achieving & exceeding targets, contributing to the company’s reputation as a trusted recruitment partner in the offshore energy sector.
