I lead organizations through transitions. Whether steering a corporate turnaround, shaping the governance of emerging technologies, or protecting a global commons, my approach is consistent: apply systems thinking to build consensus, align operations with vision, and convert systemic risk into durable advantage.My career has been guided by a belief that we must apply our skills to the world\'s most pressing challenges. This calling has taken me from the choir loft to the cockpit to the boardroom and to policy dialogues—always with the aim of turning tension into progress.I learned to lead as a ten-year-old solist singer touring Europe, discovering that true leadership means knowing when to step into the spotlight and when to step back to make the entire choir shine. That foundational experience in collaboration and cultural exchange remains the bedrock of my approach today.I am drawn to complexity for the potential it holds. I\'ve learned that whether when troubleshooting an aircraft system, restructuring a global unit, designing a new mobility paradigm, or facilitating a peacebuilding grant, the principles are the same: listen first, understand the root causes, and build a coalition around a solution that serves the whole system.My approach is to serve as a translator and a bridge— between strategy and operations, between today\'s urgency and tomorrow\'s vision. My background as a pilot is a daily reminder: it is possible to fix the engine while flying at 300 miles an hour. This means creating the operational stability for teams to solve immediate problems while boldly pursuing a transformative goal.I am always open to exploring pathways to greater impact.
