Who am I? Senior Solution & Cloud Architect in the IBM Client Engineering EMEA team, Hybrid Cloud Solutions organization, supporting my customers and partners in their digital transformation. I\'m a Cloud Certified Architect in the Technical Pre-sales team aka IBM Cloud Engineering EMEA.My main expertise is Cloud Computing solution design, with the ability to address from the C-level business concerns to deeply technical aspects. My focus? Core business Application and Infrastructure transformation with Public & Private Clouds (IaaS/PaaS), Modernization with Docker & Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform), Openstack, virtualization performance, with a focus on AI Cloud solutions : IBM Watson integration, GPU as a service & Opensource frameworks. Qualifying and leading Cloud & Infrastructure engagements - design workshops & assessments, with a strong focus on AI projects, Application & Infrastructure Modernization (Core business, IBM i, ERP apps), including Prototyping, Proof of Concepts, Benchmarks…Formerly, I worked as a Cloud Architect for IBM Training WW and before that, as a Performance testing expert for customers around the globe on Java & WebSphere applications on Unix (AIX), Linux and IBM i aka AS/400, my favorite platform (#IBMi Fan). In my spare working time, I also animate the IBM Cloud PaaS (Cloud Foundry, IBM Kubernetes Service, hardware prototyping) developers & practitioners community in my organization. I regularly speak at local and international events and customer briefings, and teach in Universities/Engineering schools whenever possible #AcademicAmbassador.
