At the start of 2025 my day to day areas of oversight, accountability and responsibility expanded.Operating under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) business management framework, in my capacity as a company director I lead the ‘get paid’ function of the business alongside my fellow directors who respectively look after ‘get work’ and ‘do work’.As a company director, I provide executive oversight to the business while having operational oversight and day to day involvement within IT, finance, human resource and legal functions of the business.My role ensures these functions meet the business needs of the organisation, driving innovation and efficiency while maintaining high levels of compliance.
