A little about myself: I\'m a data-driven business professional with experience working internally in tech, as well as in an agency setting. I\'ve built my own book of business as an Account Manager, while also doing full-life cycle Recruiting on the roles I obtained. On the other hand, I\'m also comfortable in environments in which I am asked to focus and specialize on one facet of Recruiting. I would consider myself an expert when it comes to stakeholder management, problem solving, and building fruitful relationships. I also pride myself in leveraging data to make informed decisions. I have a wide-range of skillsets and have used various tools such as: Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, HRIS, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for tracking data, Job Boards, Interviewing Software, etc.
