ABOUT BEN CASTLE

I\'m currently helping lead IBM\'s Global User Group Program on the User Advocacy Team! We leverage IBM\'s passionate User Community to build out the infrastructure of customer centricity in tech-education and community building. I\'m proud of my tenure leading the product vision of a pre-seed startup called Culture Mindful in Toronto and my 2+ year tenure as a Product Manager at Corus leading a team of 4 developers, 2 QA, 1 designer & 1 scrum master across 5 Global TV platforms through the continuous product discovery cycle each sprint. My team\'s commitment to the agile development process delivered consistent, prioritized value to our users, growing time spent per user and revenue in a challenging media market. In 2021, I completed my MBA at the Rotman School of Management spending the Summer at Microsoft, where I developed an interest in gaming and cloud media technology. I graduated from the Rotman MBA program at the University of Toronto with a focus in marketing.
