Over 20 years experience working in the Rail Industry, in all areas from Track Engineering, Planning and Design, the last 8 years focusing on Lineside Asset Management.I have managed large teams including contractors at site as well as sub-contractors. Currently a Senior Asset Engineer Line Side on the East Midlands Route responsible for compliance, planning and delivery of major projects.I am a specialist in programme leadership that thrives in demanding environments. I introduce innovative management practises and I am passionate about offering high value proposals to my key stakeholders ensuring safe delivery and a sustainable outcome.I have worked and delivered some of Network Rails key projects within maintenance and renewal enhancements. I am very determined and always attempt to inject pace and energy to all different scenarios, in particular forming diverse cross-discipline relationships with customers and key stakeholders. I am empowered by challenges, I actively promote innovative ways of working and provide clear expectations, and monitor performance closely.
