Key Responsibilities:• Supported the service team during project discovery by conducting root cause analysis on complex business problems, developing customer journey maps, performing market research, and preparing business proposals that recommend opportunities for improvement to senior stakeholders.• Led requirements elicitation by facilitating over 35 interviews, meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to understand business needs, define objectives, establishing agreed benefits and elicit functional and technical requirements.• Documented and simplified requirements, using BA tools such as the requirements catalogue, epics, user stories, and the requirements traceability matrix (RTM), ensuring full traceability and alignment with business goals and objectives.• Utilised Visio to develop over 20 detailed process maps to define the current state of business operations to assess if existing functionalities still fit for purpose or strategically aligned and presented reports to senior stakeholders to ensure clear understanding.• Conducted Gap analysis, identifying over 15 operational bottle necks or opportunities for improvement and produced future state process maps recommending digital solutions to senior management.• Conducted option analysis to assess feasibility of proposed solutions and preferred vendors considering factors such as data integration, cost/benefit analysis, scalability, and operational impact. • Collaborated with PMs and other stakeholders to set up and implement change control plans utilising a variety of BA techniques like change request log, requirements traceability matrix and change impact register ensuring that changes are aligned with requirements and minimising scope creep. • Worked closely with the QA team to develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for digital solutions based on acceptance criteria, and created user manuals to support successful implementation
