ABOUT BENEDICTE FJELLANGER
I’m Benedicte and I am Chief Enabling Officer and Agile & Product Coach in Team Agile. I love to work with teams and leaders to accelerate value creation through teams. How? High-performing teams continuously seek to speed up the learning pace. In our experience, teams can do this based on three feedback loops: From the team itself, from the customer and from the stakeholders internally in the company. To be a high-performing team, they must continuously gather and act upon feedback from the team itself to be efficient and good place to work. The team are there for the customer, so validating customer problems and learning about how the customer values the product is crucial. And lastly, the team has to stay on the strategic track and prioritize to solve customer problems that are most important now. With transparency and communication, constantly. I develop and deliver advisory services within organizational development for teams and leaders as an Agile coach. I love to work with leaders to set direction and be clear on where the organization is moving, so that the teams can act on it. Smaller is better. Measurements and feedback is key to document change instead of gut feelings. And learning from their own experience is how we make sure change stick. Background: I hold two Master of Science degrees in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, and in Sociology from the Uni of Oslo. I am a certified Agile Team Coach, Enterprise Agile Coach, and Agile Team Facilitator. Through my studies, I have specialized within organizational development, focusing on organizational learning, knowledge sharing and change management. The BI master\'s degree discussed knowledge sharing and organizational learning among expatriates working in a humanitarian aid organization in Norway. This is useful even today when time to learning is key to success. Please reach out if you’re interested in sharing thoughts or discussing ideas, or would like to drink coffee. I love to meet new people with the same interests as me
