Founder & CEO of Awesome Supplements, a 21x award winning supplement company I started in 2016, providing health, hydration, performance and protein supplements to people that want to be more AWESOME. Our USP. The dose is everything. Why did I set up Awesome Supplements? Because I\'m obsessed with optimal human performance and finding the edges, methods and tools that next level us as humans. This obsession started after my body transformation at age 18, 22 years on I\'m still as obsessed about this field of optimising the body and mind. I\'m also (one day per week) a High Performance Coach. My coaching is specialised in helping 7 figure male business owners live with FREEDOM; in body, in mind, in their business. I\'m the best selling author of \'How to Live an Awesome Life\' an 11 step formula for achieving fulfilment, health, & happiness while living a life of purpose and passion. I\'m a speaker, host, panellist & MC having spoken on over 100 stages around the world, including for HSBC, M&S, Sky, the NHS, Global Media, o2, Original Source, Brandstand, Twinnings Tea, Body Power, Perform X, The Scale Up Summit, Expert Empires, SFN, in Shaa Wasmund & Daniel Priestly\'s Masterminds, and more. I\'m also a dad to two girls, a husband, have recovered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, am on TRT as a result of that chronic health journey, used to be obese, have fought bankruptcy twice, sold 2 companies, and, am simply obsessed with optimal human performance, physically, mentally, emotionally.
