I work for the Forces Employment Charity part of the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) this organisation is contracted by the MOD to assist ex-service men and women to find sustainable employment. Therefore we have a database with of individuals looking for either their first position after discharge from the Armed Forces or those looking to progress their careers with new found commercial experience and skills. ACCESS TO THE BEST TRAINED WORKFORCE IN BRITAIN: “Anybody who does not look at this source of manpower for the future is missing out!” Our goal is to help employers find quality personnel to fill their open positions. Service leavers consistently provide companies with well-trained, technically advanced, seasoned and reliable employees. The CTP offers a high quality, NO COST recruitment service for organisations seeking the best. We operate an on-line vacancy database which is easy-to-use and free of charge. It enables you to advertise job opportunities online, where the adverts will be viewed by thousands of people leaving the Armed Forces each year - Service leavers. Job finding assistance is primarily delivered through the Forces Employment Charity and Officers\' Association (OA) Operating nationwide through a network of Employment Advisors. CTP resettlement support is provided to Service Leavers from two years prior to discharge, to two years post discharge. But, as a registered charity the FEC are available to assist ex-Service personnel throughout their working lives.
