ABOUT BEN SWEGER

The experience I earned taught me customer service, business development, sales and leadership skills I employ to this day. The work ethic I learned from my past experiences combined with discipline and integrity paved the way for my career. I attended Eastern Kentucky University and married my best friend and high school sweetheart. She is definitely my motivation and my biggest supporter. After school I found my niche, assembling my business knowledge and experience with my passion to help people; This is my life calling. In fact, I found it was the perfect position where I could take someone’s seemingly bad day, unexpected exspense, car trouble or flat tire and turn it around to make their day better by providing a positive outlook, approach, and honesty - treating everyone exactly the way they expect to be treated. IT WORKS! Then my path crossed with a company whose philosophy was the same as mine. I have met and known amazing mentors, teachers and leaders along the way; these individuals were invaluable to my success and not only the best in business but genuine people that care selflessly helping me along my way, encouraging me that no goal is out of reach. This is what I pass on to my teams and colleagues; helping, training, encouraging, developing and being a source of influence working with them to accomplish and achieve their goals and successes. As I look towards the future, I am excited and anxious! I love what I do and am blessed to work with a company, a family really, that knows; we\'re in the good ol\' days, it\'s the here and now!
