Ben Rathke is the General Manager for Ferguson Enterprises LLC - Ferguson Waterworks division for Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas. Ben is an Arizona native and has extensive wholesale distribution experience working in many primary markets in his 33 years with Ferguson. He has detailed knowledge of all phases of materials supply, design, and construction from the ground up. Ben began his career with sales in the HVAC and plumbing markets. He then spent 14 years in engineered pipe systems sales working in the mining, industrial and power industry as Sales Manager covering North American and Global markets. Upon being promoted to General Manager he green-fielded Ferguson’s entry in the waterworks industry 17 years ago. Currently his responsibility is on public and private waterworks distribution, water and wastewater treatment plant, geo/storm, civil and municipal in the Southwest. Ben has P&L responsibility for the Waterworks division in the Southwest and works closely with associates, customers, and vendors to provide best in class service to their customers.
