Over 7 years’ experience in the energy industry with challenger suppliers, working closely with senior management, internal teams and suppliers to develop high performing business units. Industry Expertise – Wide understanding of the Energy industry, customer journey, associated operational processes and regulatory and compliance requirements; 3rd Party Supplier Management – Proven track record in managing 3rd parties and agent performance to deliver against key contracted performance measures to drive customer experience, business performance. Operational Management – Track record in driving day to day operational excellence and management of KPI’s to deliver an optimal customer and colleague experience, whilst maintaining budgetary control and driving cost to serve down; Stakeholder Management – Proven record in building and sustaining productive relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels and the ability to influence and shape changes to maximise business benefits; Change Implementation – Experience leading in operational business readiness and transformation activity through key major projects including Oracle CC & B CRM implementation, Nexus and Smart Business Improvement – Ability to perform detailed analysis and in turn to document, present and drive business cases through to implementation;
