Primarily responsible for the telecoms division of the company and the ongoing recruitment of multiple personnel from senior management through to trainees within telecoms, geospatial, defence and IT.The company became the sole supplier for all telecom projects by recruiting the highest calibre candidates and maintaining clear communication with clients.Candidate generation through referrals, job boards, LinkedIn with advertisements and existing database. Involved in formatting of all CV’s and ensure that all candidates are compliant to employment legislation and tracking the security vetting for all potential employees where required.• Achieved over a trebling of business within the telecoms sector with an increase from 25 contractors to 80 plus with leading client being Cyient (and AllPoints Fibre / Giganet) on behalf of end clients such as Openreach, Cityfibre, Toob, County Broadband and Virgin Media within Fibre and Wireless. Personnel recruited were for Fibre Surveyors, Test Rod and Rope Teams, Wireless Surveyors and supervisory.• Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fibre telecoms within the field.• Sourced multiple personnel for graduate programmes for Geospatial technicians on government contracts for Cyient, Landmark and RMSI.• Sourced senior managers and IT personnel for existing and new clients within defence, government, geospatial with clients such as Atkins, Locana, Carter Jonas to name a few.• Build close relationships with clients and staff once employed to ensure productivity and clear communication.• Conducted comprehensive screening processes to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, skills, and experience. Assessed their compatibility with specific job requirements and shortlist the most suitable candidates for interview directly with senior management.• Liaised directly with senior management with regards to ongoing recruitment.
