As a Senior Account Manager at Giftcloud, I’m responsible for leading and growing relationships with some of our most valued clients. Acting as the main point of contact, I work closely with stakeholders across all levels to understand their goals, challenges, and vision—ensuring that our solutions are not only delivered on time, but also aligned with their broader business objectives.My role centres around developing meaningful, long-term partnerships. I’m passionate about building trust, creating value, and becoming a strategic extension of my clients\' teams. Whether it\'s launching a new initiative, navigating complex challenges, or identifying areas for optimisation, I take a hands-on, proactive approach to drive success.Internally, I collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, operations, and support—to keep initiatives moving and expectations clear. I regularly report on account performance, track key KPIs, and surface insights to inform strategy and future planning.I also play an active role in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts—spotting trends, listening carefully to feedback, and helping shape the roadmap for mutual success. My approach combines strong attention to detail with a deep commitment to service, and I’m always looking for ways to go above and beyond for my clients.
