As a Production Manager at a 26 MCM/day import/export underground gas storage facility, I oversee operations to ensure the safe and commercially compliant management of a distributed asset, achieving >99% availability. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and both internal and external stakeholders, I drive strategies to maximise the asset\'s value and promote alignment and consistency within the team.Leading a team of 14 professionals, I am responsible for the effective execution of daily production and maintenance activities, improvement programs, and plant outages. My team delivers critical commercial and safety-related tasks, including Safety Instrumented System (SIS) planning and testing, which has enhanced process safety, ensured compliance, and improved the handover and hand back of equipment post-maintenance. By addressing high-risk operations with precision, we have reduced the likelihood of incidents.I have delivered bespoke solutions to capacity market proving mechanisms, further increasing the asset\'s value.
