I lead global production workforce planning and operations for VFX teams delivering large-scale film and streaming projects.Currently Central Production Manager at Eyeline VFX, I oversee staffing strategy, hiring, and operational planning for a global production team of 70+ professionals across multiple studios and time zones. My role includes managing staffing budgets, guiding hiring decisions, and building balanced production teams that allow shows to scale efficiently from setup through delivery.With nearly two decades of experience across visual effects, broadcast media, and digital production, including nearly a decade in VFX, I ’ve developed a strong understanding of how creative, technical, and operational teams intersect. I’m particularly interested in designing production systems and workflows that allow studios to scale talent, maintain delivery stability, and support high-performing teams.I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Media Technology and an Advanced Certificate in Television and Video Production, and I am a member of the Visual Effects Society.
