I’m responsible for the design, administration and maintenance of Verizon’s Network Operations Business Intelligence & Analytics platform. Areas include assessment of the suitability, integration and deployment of SAS and other BI solutions within the Vz infrastructure. Ensuring solutions are robust, scalable and within business constraints in order to support a large global user base with advanced reporting and analytics. Managing and coaching a team of administrators and analysts to enable the smooth day to day running and transition of ETL batch scripts, migration/maintenance of reports and analytics at all stages of the development cycle.
