I am a Civil Engineering Project Manager with over 12 years’ experience delivering infrastructure and water schemes, with a strong focus on programme-led delivery, coordination of multiple workstreams and driving performance across complex environments.My experience spans managing schemes up to £50m+, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating up to 40+ concurrent work fronts. I specialise in using programme and sequencing to manage risk, optimise delivery and support commercial outcomes under NEC contracts.I regularly review and challenge subcontractor programmes, interrogating logic, float and constraints to improve efficiency and remove blockers. I have led collaborative planning sessions with designers, subcontractors and delivery teams to align programmes and drive performance.I aspire to combine delivery leadership with programme oversight across multiple schemes or frameworks, and I am currently progressing my professional development toward accreditation with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
