I have over 30 years experience in the share registration business, the last 26 of which I have been with Computershare. Currently I head up the Business Development function for the Corporate Actions team including fee proposals, negotiation and contracts - always busy and enjoy the variety the various transactions bring and the people I deal with along the way at City lawyers, corporate banks, financial advisors, Sponsors, NOMADs and of course the Issuer companies.
