Curiosity drives me to find out more about the world - technology, design, psychology, economics, nature - feeding a hunger to understand how things work, what problems exist and trying to find a better way. Fortunately, being a Design Engineer allows this to be a rewarding way of life.My passion for Engineering started with building go-karts in my garden shed and after navigating through the education system, I have been part of the invention and development of exciting products for a range of global brands.Much of my energy and focus comes from my background in sport, competing as an international hockey player for over 10 years.I\'m energised by spending time with talented, open-minded people, working on challenging problems.
