ABOUT BELLA PHILLIPS
I am a sophomore from Shreveport, Louisiana attending Samford University. As a seasoned lifeguard I understand the importance of careful training and attentiveness. My training in diligence and excellence has been extensive. When I worked at Lululemon we were stewards of luxury clothing. This trained me to have eyes to see and quick action. Refolding clothes without being asked, sweeping, and going above and beyond for a customer to name a few. Working at Pine Cove taught me transferable skills such as grit, relational bandwidth, optimism, problem solving, bumping the lamp, and how to be others-focused. I am certified in CPR and abuse prevention. In addition to this, I am hardworking academically. I have maintained a place on the Deans List while being involved in many campus clubs, recreational outlets, and leadership positions in my sorority.
