In the summer of 2023, I worked alongside 50+ college students to implement a program that promoted a safe, fun, and unique camp experience for over campers. I mentored, encouraged, and instructed over 40 girls through individual hangout times, program interaction, and activity class coaching.On the ropes course, I supervised and operated a high-risk activity class for over campers, as well as training peers on how to execute a fun and creative activity in a safe environment.In the upcoming summer of 2024, I will be staffed for the full summer as both a counselor and the Extreme Activity Guide. The EAG supervises all lifeguards during their time on-stand, as well as leads the weekly in-service training that ensures their skills are up to standards.
