I work at the intersection of natural wellness and environmental design, helping people feel calmer, more focused and more at ease through the intelligent use of scent.As one of the UK’s founders and consistent performers with doTERRA, a global leader in high‑quality, rigorously tested essential oils – I’ve sent teaching individuals and teams how scent can positively influence mood, stress, concentration and emotional balance.At Paragraph 2, I bring this experience into shared spaces through Science of Scent, our evidence‑led approach to creating sensory‑supportive environments. I work with schools, workplaces, hotels, clinics and retail spaces to design scent programmes that are purposeful and meet a need, especially for neurodiverse users who benefit from predictable, calming sensory cues.
