Senior IT Applications Engineer | CRM Specialist | Project ManagerHi, I’m Begüm With over 10 years of experience in CRM systems and project management, I enjoy making things work better, especially when it comes to aligning tools, processes, and people.I started my journey with SAP CRM/CX, which gave me a solid foundation in implementation and process design. Even though I’ve since shifted to tools like HubSpot, Outreach, and other SaaS platforms, I still carry that structured way of thinking into every project I take on.Right now, I’m focused on the technical side of CRM strategy, managing end to end projects, supporting internal teams, and making sure systems are scalable and aligned with business goals. A few things I bring:• Experience across both traditional and modern CRM tools• Hands-on ownership of implementations and continuous improvements• Strong focus on usability and sustainable solutions• Good at connecting business needs with the right tech• Easy to work with (at least that’s what my teammates say!)I love solving problems, simplifying complex systems, and supporting others through change.
