Responsible for managing the local onsite team and the bank recruitment for the Trust. This involves working closely with the Executive team for the Trust and understanding their demand, constraints and forecasts. Managing the bank recruitment for all staffing groups, including, Nursing, AHP, A&C, HCS and E&F, working with compliance to ensure that each bank member has completed the required documentation checks to legally work safely on the wards. This includes both physical and mental health areas.Building relationships with the Associate Directors, Workforce, HR and the Executive Board for the Trust, working in partnership with them and the Trust to reach the forecasts and targets set by NHSE Providing insightful reports through data analysis, relating to both bank and agency demand and spend. Working with the Trust to reduce their reliance on agency.Working with the Trust discussing staffing levels and requirements, assisting with advertising and communication to the bank to help with the back fill of demand, for all reasons including vacancy, backfill secondments etc.Work with the workforce management team, ensuring the demand is correctly recorded and the correct positions are being filled to the correct area.
