Thank you for your time in viewing my profile. My aim in being a LinkedIn member is to reach out and help commercial site owners and property managers, from those with a single office site to management teams with a multitude of sites. I always try my utmost to help others in life and in work, be it from my 17 years sat the buyers side of the business running multiple opticians, to sitting the other side of the counter organising works for others in facilities management.Two completely different industries but with the same core values, looking after clients and staff. My years managing 2 optometry practices in Norfolk gave me valued experience in having to deal with staffing, customers and the day to day running of the practices themselves. The latter, I feel, makes me more determined to help busy property managers etc by taking away the headache of organising both planned and reactive maintenance. It helps knowing what it is like to be on either side of the counter.At Elevate FM our main objective is to give one point of contact that will deal with any maintenance issues you may need sorting, from a door handle that needs fixing to grounds maintenance, water hygiene and compliance. We have our own in-house, reliable handy people that can be called upon quickly in an emergency. We pride ourselves on elevating the standard for commercial property managers.My other passions in life are visiting new beautiful places, meeting new people, eating good food, drinking good wine and spending lots of time with my beautiful family that make me so happy every day.
