ABOUT BECCY WEEKS

I believe in purposeful innovation. technology that solves real problems and creates measurable value, not transformation theatre.I\'ve led technology organisations through every methodology shift of the past two decades. What I\'ve learnt is that sustainable change comes from getting three things right: clear measurement, systematic adoption, and relentless focus on what actually moves commercial outcomes.AI is the most significant capability shift I\'ve seen. But most organisations are approaching it wrong. buying tools, running pilots, hoping for magic. The gains come from redesigning how decisions get made and where human judgement actually matters. I\'ve learnt this the hard way. You can\'t shoehorn AI into broken processes - a spreadsheet with 1,500 formulas isn\'t an AI opportunity, it\'s a sign the process needs rethinking. The wins come when you\'re clear on the input and the outcome, and willing to throw away everything in the middle.Over the past eighteen months, I\'ve built an enterprise AI strategy that spans five pillars: how we sell, how we serve, how we differentiate our products, how we build software, and how we embed AI into our culture. We\'ve doubled engineering productivity. And we\'re just getting started.I\'m increasingly focused on what separates organisations that get incremental gains from those that unlock step-change improvement. The answer isn\'t more tools. it\'s clearer thinking about what work should exist at all.I speak regularly on AI transformation, PE value creation, and engineering productivity. If you\'re navigating the gap between AI hype and AI reality, I\'m always happy to compare notes.Recognition:→ National AI Awards 2025 - Winner, AI Innovation; Finalist, AI Adoption (cultural mindset shift)→ Top 30 Software CTOs in Europe 2024 (Neon River)→ Women in IT Awards 2018 - Finalist
