Piedmont Properties is a commercial and industrial real estate firm affiliated with CORFAC International. As marketing director, I manage all marketing and PR efforts for both the company and individual property listings. As a small company, this roll requires me to wear multiple hats to provide support and keep the company running smoothly. Some of my responsibilities include:• Coordinate & execute marketing strategies for the company, brokerage team, and individual properties• Creation of all marketing materials such as property flyers, client proposals, individual broker marketing pieces, comparable summaries, direct mailers, etc.• Maintaining and updating listings on various listing services including CoStar, LoopNet, Catalyst, Buildout, CIMLS, and Crexi.• Email marketing to a company wide list via Levitate• Maintain database of current listings and past transactions• Planning and execution of our annual broker appreciation event• Preparing client and potential client lists based on industry to target specific properties• Contract creation using the standard NC REALTORS forms• Design and maintenance of the Piedmont Properties website through Squarespace• Accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities performed when Accounting Director was on maternity leave (6 months total)
