A dream came true when I started to work for Airbus in 2004. For me, as an HR person, it were not the products first why I wanted to work for Airbus - no, it was the international working environment, even in HR.When I came back in 2003 from an international language school in England I also wanted to continue working in such an international environment.Now, looking back over the years that I\'ve been working for Airbus, I\'m really proud of being a part of it. Having worked already for 2 main divisions - Airbus Commercial Aircraft and Airbus Defence and Space - for different HR-departments. I have developed myself enormously. Airbus gave me the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.Since I was a child I\'m used to customer orientation. I learned a lot about it from my grandmother. She had a bakery and always told me:\"smile and be friendly to everybody who enters the shop and they will come back\". It\'s important to treat everybody the same friendly way. So that became my motto:\"A smile is the best dress you can wear\".Customer Orientation in recruitment means a lot to me. I know that applicants, candidates and interested people would like to be in a very close individual contact with a recruiter. I really try to do my best, but it\'s not really possible all the time. So I ask you for your understanding that unfortunately I can\'t have a look on everybody\'s CV and can\'t propose positions right away.
