ABOUT BEATRICE SANTINI

I’ve always worked in communication, with a growing focus on sustainability and the fashion & luxury industry. Today, I serve as Communication Manager at Process Factory and as Communication & Media Relations Senior Specialist for Ympact – the brand through which all companies of the YHub Group communicate. YHub is an ecosystem that supports the sustainable transformation of the fashion industry. I contributed to the launch and growing visibility of 4sustainability®, the system that supports fashion brands and companies in implementing concrete sustainability initiatives and measuring actual impact reduction. For years, I’ve been shaping communication strategies and creating sustainability-related content using different formats – from copywriting to public speaking – with meticulous attention to consistency, transparency, and stakeholder engagement. As a journalist, author, and consultant, I have a solid background in communication techniques and in writing in all its forms: creative, professional, advertising, and narrative. I have experience developing integrated communication plans for SMEs, building websites, managing social media editorial calendars, and producing complex tools such as company profiles, magazines, brochures, and multimedia content. Over time, I’ve combined my professional work with teaching, delivering courses for companies, universities, and advanced training schools on digital writing, effective communication, and sustainability communication. I believe in the power of words, in the consistency between what we say and what we do, and in communication as a real driver for change.
