Responsible for the management and delivery of the Senior County Championships, National Age Group and Circuit Competitions, whilst offering administrative support to the Masters competitions and membership systems. I also am managing the development of the Officials Pathway. Establishing the training and assessment processes for competition officials, and supporting progression through event assignment and review.
