ABOUT BRANDON WILLIAMSCRAIG

A recognized expert in communications, mission integration, program and project management, eLearning and remote/virtual work environments, learning and development, and change management, I help teams get well prepared and across the finish line through consultation and community building with all stakeholders. My extensive background in culture-making, each level of liberal arts education, curriculum design, and performance improvement is particularly valued by the C-level clients with whom I have enjoyed working as a management consultant.I bring to the table a depth of executive experience as well as understanding gleaned from facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion learning, as well as teaching graduate-level psychology and supervising research. I originated and offer Conflict Done Well (tm) at the enterprise level to evolve next-level leadership and teamwork through somatic mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and increased productivity. I also teach at the graduate, undergraduate, and secondary levels.Specialties: supervision and management; learning systems and designed development; transforming businesses and groups into high-yield/lower stress professional communities through Conflict Done Well and dynamic communication; third-party-neutral ADR and facilitation of non-adversarial resolution through both mediation and negotiation; agile and sustainable administration, ensemble creation, and team building; communications and performance.
