I’m a Relationship Director with Reliance Bank - a social impact bank owned by The Salvation Army International. We’ve been working alongside housing, care, community and faith-based groups for over 100 years. My role is to work with organisations that to help to address housing related issues in the North of England - both small RPs and other providers such as Charities, CICs and Almshouses. In particular we aim to support organisations working in complex and challenging fields such as homelessness, justice, mental health and disability.As a small, specialist bank we are flexible in our approach, relationship driven, accessible, and able to make decisions quickly. As a social impact lender we put our money where our mouth is - we prioritise our business lending to organisations delivering positive social impact in the UK and give up to 75% of our profits to The Salvation Army International.I’m keen to meet with purpose-led organisations in the North, understand the difference they’re making, the challenges they face and to how we can work together to achieve their goals.
