I am a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional, currently working as an HR Operations Specialist at Freshworks in Berlin. With a solid background in HR operations, I have gained deep expertise in various roles and responsibilities, including payroll processing, HR systems implementation, and migration to platforms like Workday. I have successfully led two payroll migrations to ADP. Throughout my career, I have worked in dynamic and innovative companies, where I was responsible for implementing and optimizing HR processes, managing benefits and pensions, and conducting effective onboarding programs. My experience spans several countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, which has provided me with a comprehensive perspective and the ability to adapt to different contexts and regulations.At Freshworks, since October 2022, I have been responsible for HR operations, payroll processing, HR systems implementation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, I served as a People Operations Specialist at Gorillas from July 2021 to October 2022, where I implemented and optimized HR processes, including SAP HR and payroll processing, significantly contributing to operational efficiency.
