I led the enterprise-wide transformation of the Digital areas into a consumer-centric, product-led operating model. This included redesigning the organizational structure, redefining product ownership, strengthening architecture governance and evolving ways of working to enable value-driven delivery at scale.To institutionalize the shift, I established and led the Product Management Center of Excellence, embedding modern product management capabilities through operating model design workshops, structured leadership training, and targeted upskilling initiatives. Clear accountability and governance were introduced across areas, eliminating fragmented ownership and strengthening strategic and operational decision-making.I led the transformation through a people centered, pragmatic, and experiment led approach where I actively engaged line managers, architects and teams to build ownership and capability, while leveraging pilots, simulations, and measurable validation to refine the operating model before scaling to all digital areas.Throughout this journey, I provided transformational leadership to a geographically distributed organization of 465 professionals. Alongside broad organizational influence, I held formal responsibility for a dedicated transformation team, balancing enterprise-scale leadership with hands-on people management.
