Plan and execute the Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) program• Effective stakeholder management by communicating issues, actions and proposed resolution following control monitoring• Undertake scenario analysis with the Risk Owners following the RCA assessment to determine efficacy of controls and establish residual risks• Undertake incident reviews and analysis – root causes analysis and adequacy of actions to address weaknesses• Plan and perform reliance reviews on outsourced transfer agents to ensure firms risks are addressed and report our findings• Coordinate the firms Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE18) audit including planning, gaining an understanding of results and issues. • Communicate audit findings to relevant risk owners and coordinate implementation of a resolution plan. • Gain understanding of different regulations such as Dodd-Frank, Financial Crime, AML as part of routine control monitoring
