Fabrication sites surveillance for all production process phases including, final TOC stages at Contractor and Subcontractors facilities (Poland, Germany) for 20 units of Wind Turbine Generator Foundations as Suction Bucket Jacket (SBJs). Work scope including fabrication of special and primary steel category units as Suction Buckets, three-legged Main Jacket structure (Upper and Lower sections), TP structures and others secondary steel components of external and internal Jacket equipment as eg. Boat Landings, External Ladders, External and Internal Platforms (URP, IP, FAP and SGP), Grout Pipes, Water Injection and J-Tubes systems and other outfittings- 01/2017 to 03/2017:BORKUM RIFFGRUND II OWF Project - WTG scope.Assigned Certification Authority representative for Denmark’s producers of casting components (machining and coating) for MHI Vestas Wind Turbine Generator (56 units) type V164-8MW for ORSTED (DONG ENERGY)/ BORKUM RIFFGRUND II Wind Farm Project. Role included leading of Shop Approval and Initial audits and first components production inspections at all subcontractors of MHI Vestas (in this case considered as general supplier of WTG). The main goal was to conformity verification if all QMS, QA project systems and production quality were meet German BSH regulations (FEDERAL MARITIME AND HYDROGRAPHIC AGENCY)- 07/2018 to date:• Reviewing and comments of pre-project Initial Welding Part Documentation for SENVION GmbH / WTG Towers MURRA WARRA Project.• Reviewing and comments of As-Built Documentation related to WTG Towers produced in Denmark for SENVION GmbH / WTG Towers TRAINEL WindPark BORKUM II (TWB II) Germany Project.
