The IBM Mainframe Director of Operations is responsible for all FNTS IBM Mainframe Cloud customer success and ensuring that the FNTS IBM Mainframe Cloud Operations team provides excellent customer experience. This includes providing all day two operations, keeping IBM and ISV programs current, and optimizing the performance of all customer environments. Develop and implement standards and best practices for delivering observability, anomaly detection, alerting, automation, and optimization of customer infrastructure and mainframe operations. Responsible for the daily operations of the IBM Mainframe Cloud product lines including MFaaS and IaaS for zOS, VSE, and zVM as well as DB2, CICS, and other solutions as necessary. Provide leadership and guidance to the Mainframe Operations team to ensure expertise in delivering IBM Mainframe products and services. Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities associated with delivering the products and services to the customer, including but not limited to, customer relations, support, technology, incident management, architecture standards, and successfully managing technical projects.
