ABOUT BARRY RUDD

Currently Chief Mechanic on a drilling rig in Qatarwhat has already been a very successful 28-year career, which includes working in the Oil and Gas sector on multiple Rigs and Vessels. I am an individual who is incredibly self-motivated and driven with a desire to continue working in the O&G sector where I can apply my current/previous experience, which includes maintaining and repairing Drilling equipment as well leading teams and ensuring safety. My experience has enabled me to broaden my skills and I am willing to adapt in all types of situations; with the ability to effectively work within teams and successfully complete projects at a range of client locations on time whilst eliminating errors. Thus, I feel I have made a valuable contribution to my current and previous roles. Through hard work and commitment, I have earned a reputation for consistently exceeding expectations. I can be best described as an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible team player with a keen ambition to continue my career within a position that will not only enable me to utilise my past and recently qualified skills appropriately, but that I will genuinely enjoy. I feel this enthusiasm combined with extensive experiences plus my ability to adapt and learn quickly and personality would enable me to become an effective team player.
