Proposal Manager with NICE System\'s Public Safety & Justice practice focused on digital transformation in emergency communications and reporting; digital evidence management with law enforcement enforcement, investigators, and corrections; and digital evidence transformation management to the justice system with streamlined processes and real time access to evidence for prosecutors and defense attorney\'s and provides delivery with integration and presentation of evidence in the court system that enables both parties reach the truth faster and accurately. Responsible for helping the Public Safety & Justice team meet performance and service objectives through the following- Secures federal and state cooperative purchasing contracts and manages the strategic pursuit process that includes the development of account and contract/procurement relationships to be selected as a cooperative contract approved vendor or leveraging appropriate cooperative contract vehicles from already vetted vendor partners to remove RFP obstacles and enable speed to servicing state and federal target accounts- Manage the bid response, compliance, and proposal management throughout the entire RFP lifecycle for strategic target accounts that have tendered an RFP- Maintenance of current accounts by ensuring all reporting data and documentation is submitted quarterly on these accounts to comply with contract requirements- Assistance with State and local proposals - Participate in trade shows, industry events, public relations, and professional associations to position NICE\'s value proposition and its cloud-based digital transformation technology platform; as well as enhance, foster, and develop strategic account and target relationships to create brand awareness in the industry and marketplace.
