I lead the AECOM UK & Ireland Quality Assurance team, where I drive the development of the UK & I quality strategy and oversee the implementation of our global Integrated Management System. My role involves providing strategic direction and leadership to establish a scalable quality and continuous improvement system for the region. I manage the certification and audit programs for UK & I SHE & Q, ISO 44001, and NHSS08, ensuring compliance with the AECOM Quality Management System. Additionally, I support operational and functional groups to foster a culture of quality and provide assurance to regional leadership regarding our compliance efforts.
