I handle all aspects of medical malpractice defense litigation for long-term care facilities, physicians, dentists, and other health care providers. My practice also includes administrative litigation for long-term care facilities before State and federal agencies in regulatory matters and licensed health care providers in professional licensure matters. I act as corporate counsel for large long-term care corporations and represent numerous facilities in all aspects of civil litigation including transactional matters.Between 2002 and 2004, I was a Deputy Attorney General in the Medical Licensing Section of the Division of Consumer Protection.
