Management of all production process,maintenance and operational activities are all in management of production. Custom claim, 8D activities, SHE targets and implementation, continues improvement activities are in my responsibility. Besides all energy sources(natural gas, electricty, air and water) consumption projects are improved by our team. Energy saving projects are done every year.Continuous improvement projects that Zero Defect, 5S, SMED etc. are implemented in Izmit plant via production department. In additional energy saving side; compressor, steam boiler, transformators and generator projects were carried out together with my team. Every year serious energy saving is done on these projects.The most important achievement is that I did not have a job accident in the factory that I am manager in days.
