ABOUT TUSHAR BANSAL

Having completed my Master’s in Data Science at the University of Adelaide in December 2025, I am currently working as a Salesforce and AI Developer at Pernix. My academic training, combined with industry experience, has shaped a strong analytical and solution oriented approach focused on delivering measurable business impact.In my current role at Pernix, I work extensively with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Power BI, contributing to the development of data driven solutions that enhance sales performance, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision making. My responsibilities include designing and optimising Salesforce solutions, developing intelligent workflows, integrating AI driven components where appropriate, and building interactive dashboards in Power BI to support key business stakeholders.Previously, I worked at Merkle within the Experience and Commerce practice as an SFCC Developer. I specialised in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development, implementing REST and SOAP web services, developing custom SFRA cartridges, and integrating payment and taxation services such as PayPal and Avalara. This experience strengthened my ability to deliver scalable commerce solutions and manage complex enterprise integrations.With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, I bring strong proficiency in C, C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python. My professional interests span Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and enterprise application development.I am passionate about leveraging data and intelligent technologies to solve complex business challenges and create meaningful organisational value.
