I have always worked in the automotive sector, my great passion since I was a young engineer studying at Politecnico di Torino. The interest in business development brought me from working inside an OEM to Altran Italia, a technical innovation-oriented consulting company. Initially I was responsible for new customer business development, than in 2011 I took the responsibility to develop our Turin Powertrain market increasing revenues with double digit grow year after year. In 2015 I was in charged to structure and develop our Emilia Romagna automotive business, so I moved to Modena for two year. When I left, our revenues and client portfolio were more than doubled. I think the Altran team did such a great job. Since 2017 I have been Head of Italian Powertrain & Manufacturing operations, managing the business line at a national level. Backpacking around the world and Alpinism helps me to keep looking ahead. My funniest achievement? I was the only engineering student that founded a T-shirt brand and sold 10 thousand of them.
