Forecast talent requirements and ensure on time manpower fulfillment by the recruitment team.• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the business and leadership team.• Create SOPs and process maps and streamline HR processes.• Handle employee relations and provide strategic advisory to employees and managers.• Supervise and lead a team and ensure the best HR Operational support is given to all employees.• Conceptualize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.• Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary proceedings• Chair the internal governance committee and conduct inquiries.• Review Attrition Analysis and strategize to control attrition. • Designing KRAs/KPIs for all roles in alignment with department heads and management• Develop and implement PMS and ensure timely completion of PMS process.• Handle internal and external audits.• Identify training needs and ensure required training is provided by the TD team
