Passionate about equity, our environment and an education sector that supports all children to be their best! I am a big picture thinker. I love complexity. I love problem solving. I am an empath. I love learning. I am interested in policy and system level change. I am excited to grow as a leader and be part of the change our world needs!I am committed to stepping into a role that stimulates me intellectually and fills my heart.In 2016 I decided to take a career break and prioritise being at home full time with my children while they were little. Unbeknown to me this would also be a time of huge growth for me as a leader, and as a person. Prior to my career break I had been in leadership roles across the public and private sector in New Zealand and England. My last role before my career break was Head of Strategy at Air New Zealand, where I was part of the Senior Leadership team.
